This course addresses the divides created by globalization as a defining framework for the 21st century and makes suggestions on how to reform Globalization.

Sustainable Development and Globalization examine the impact of Globalization on poverty alleviation and inequality, especially in the Third World. This course examines the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as agreed by the United Nations and member governments and how the implementation of the SDGs has impacted the global population, especially the poor and vulnerable populations. one of the requirements of this course is that learners will conduct a Case Study to highlight the implementation of SDGs in a specific country.
